Completion of this class will assist you in selling and maintaining the
Avaya IP Office System

This 2-day course is designed to enable telephone technicians to install, program and maintain the Avaya IP Office 500 system, Voicemail Pro and Delta Server Software. Training is interactive with participants performing installation and programming functions on a live system. Information will be presented in both verbal and written form followed-up by testing.

  • Program terminals and sets
  • Program system features and functions
  • Install and program IP sets
  • Use Voicemail Pro mailboxes
  • Configure auto-attendant
  • Configure 1-touch options, dial-by-name, and scheduling
  • Perform important back-up and restore programming
  • Upgrading the IP Office

  • Prerequisite Skills:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of telephone installation and wiring
  • Basic T1/PRI knowledge
