Free technical support time is limited to 1/4-hour for each type of telephone purchased, 1/2-hour for KSU's and 1/2-hour for voice mail systems. Additional support time may be purchased at the rates shown below.

Technical support may be purchased for $99.00 per hour. Discounts are available for blocks of time purchased in advance.
