John Gabriel had originally contacted us on a cold call one day inquiring if Atlantel could be of any service to us. One of my requirements in regards to doing business with any equipment supplier is that they offer Tech Support. John informed me that you had an excellent Tech Support dept., and he was definitely correct.

We generally deal with the Avaya product line so we always speak with Terry. I have been in this business for about 25 years now and have been exposed to many tech support folks, and I can tell you that Terry is the best!!!!!!!!. He is always willing to help and to this point has never left me in a lurch.

Late yesterday afternoon I had a PRI cut and had to port over my customers lines. This was my first PRI cut on a Magix system and I had called Terry periodically over the last week to seek assistance in the programming setup and to get some advice on some of the quirks of how the system currently was programmed. He even went so far as to confer with one of his ol' telecom associates of the past after he went home to solve an issue that I could not get around.

Everything seemed to be all set, but when the cut happened I had missed a key piece of programming. Frantic and frazzled I called Atlantel and spoke with Terry, problem solved. My customer was happy and Terry made me look good. I'm sure I don't need to tell you what an asset he is to your company, and from my perspective HE is the reason that we do business with Atlantel. Top notch Tech Support like Terry provides is hard to come by. There are many resellers who call us on a weekly basis trying to get our business, and telling me how great they are and that they can beat anyone's price. Although that may be true,I am sure that they do not have a Terry Koon on their staff, and that's the reason they will never get my business."
