BCM 50 Installation and Programming Hands Education Course
Completion of this class will assist you in Installing and Maintaining
Business Communications Manager (BCM) Systems
This 5-day course is designed to enable telephone technicians to install, program and maintain the Nortel Business Communications Manager 50 System (BCM 50) and presentations on BCM 200, 400 and 450. Training is interactive with participants performing installation and programming functions on a live system. Information will be presented in both vertical and written form followed-up by testing.

- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of telephone installation and wiring
